Cancellation and Refund Policies

If you are not fully satisfied with our services, just request a cancelation of your membership at any time. There are no refunds of your monthly subscription fees. All cancellations are processed by the end of the month in which they are paid. If by any chance you do not receive your cancellation within the paid month, please email our Technical Support and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. Please note that there is no refund of paid monthly subscription fees.

Cancellation procedure:

Click here to send us an email requesting a cancellation of your subscription. In order your cancellation to be processed quickly and efficiently as well as to protect your own privacy, you will need to include the following information:
• a) Your user name
• b) Your email on file
• c) Your mailing address

Please note: The subject of your email must be titled “Unsubscribe”. Important: Please keep a copy of your membership cancellation “email”, for future reference (we might ask for a copy of the same) in order to process your cancellation.
